Here at 18Y, we provide a wide variety of fitness classes for our members whether you’re looking for gym-based classes or that of the MMA variety.
We know that staying on track with your fitness goals can be challenging, but we help keep things interesting by hosting such a diverse range of classes which take place every day of the week.
We also take great pride in creating a wholesome and communal spirit in each and every class, that makes you want to come train and keeps your motivation high!
Our classes are also as inclusive as can possibly be with those of all ages, genders and ability levels able to participate. We guarantee that you will feel pumped and energised at the end of each session, and recommend that you take a look at our videos of the classes taking place on our instagram feed!
Strength & Conditioning Circuits give you the best of both worlds. You can build muscle to tone up by progressively improving on the weight based movements in the circuit, whilst also building up your cardiovascular endurance as you’ll be performing exercises sequentially.
The combination is also fantastic for maintaining bone health which becomes increasingly important over time, preventing conditions such as osteoporosis. It also aids the health of the most important muscle in the body…the heart. Heart health is something that is often overlooked in the fitness industry, but it’s certainly something you shouldn’t neglect!
You move a lot in these classes which is why they are a great method to lose weight. The more you move, the more calories you burn. The more calories you burn, the more of a caloric deficit you’ll be in. The more of a caloric deficit you’re in, the more weight you will lose. It’s as simple as that!
These classes take place on Monday to Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 3pm. Come along and get involved!

Not only will you have a fantastic workout, but you will also build your functional strength and learn about different methods of self defence in the process.
